How long do the concentrated juices have a shelf life?

The juices have a shelf life of 6 months when unopened. After opening, they stay fresh for another 21 days in the juicer.

Do I need to store concentrated juices in the refrigerator?

No, you do not. As long as the juices are not opened, you can simply store them outside the refrigerator. Opened packages are cooled by the juicer.

How do you deliver the juices?

The juices are delivered in bag-in-box packages of 10 liters. The bags are then easily installed in the juicer.

How many glasses of juice can I pour with one package?

One pack of 10 liters of concentrated juice is sufficient for 60 liters of juice. This means you can serve 240 glasses (250 ml) of juice. The standard mixing ratio is 1 part concentrate to 5 parts water. It is possible to adjust this mixing ratio.

Do I pay for MoreJuice's juicing machine?

No, MoreJuice makes its juicing machines available on loan free of charge. The annual service is also free of charge.

What maintenance does my juicer need?

We recommend that you flush the machine pipes once daily and clean the machine thoroughly once a week. MoreJuice performs a service on the juicer once a year free of charge.

What if my juicer has a breakdown?

Then we will make sure that a technician will be with you within 24 hours to repair the juicer.

Do you apply a minimum order volume?

Yes, there is a minimum order value of 250 euros per order.

Do you charge delivery costs?

No. Delivery is free due to our minimum order volume.

Can you supply juices in large volumes?

Sure, no problem at all.

Can you also deliver fresh fruit juices?

Yes, we can supply fresh apple juice and apple-pear juice from Dutch soil. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
